The Quicky Connect exists so viewers and podcast guests can have real, respectful one-on-one video conversations. These guidelines apply to every call, profile, and interaction on the platform.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, or inappropriate sexual requests are never allowed and can result in an immediate, permanent ban.
All payment and scheduling must happen inside the app. Do not ask another user to pay you directly, or ask them to move the conversation to another app, outside The Quicky Connect.
Once you've booked or accepted a call, please show up. Both people have 5 minutes after the scheduled start time to join before the call is automatically marked a "No-Show." If you're the one who didn't join, you either lose your payment (if you're a viewer) or don't get paid for that call (if you're a guest). Accumulating 5 no-shows leads to your account being automatically and permanently removed from the platform — this applies to viewers and guests equally.
If you know in advance you can't make a scheduled call, propose a new time rather than risking a no-show — the other person just needs to accept it. To keep this fair for both sides, a single call can only be rescheduled one time.
Calls are not recorded or stored by the platform, and users may not record or screen-capture calls without the other person's consent.
If someone violates these guidelines, use the "Report" option on their profile or a past booking. Every report is reviewed by an admin, and if it's approved, that person's account is permanently banned from the platform.
Separate from reporting, guests have a "Ban Viewer" option that immediately stops one specific viewer from booking that guest again — no admin review needed. It only affects that one guest-viewer pair; the viewer can still book other guests. If 5 different guests use this against the same viewer, that viewer's account is automatically and permanently removed from the platform.
Every guest application is reviewed by an admin before the guest's profile becomes visible and bookable, to keep the platform's quality consistent.
Usernames must be appropriate, cannot be longer than 20 characters, and cannot be changed once your account is created — choose carefully at signup.
Depending on what happened, an admin may issue a warning, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently ban it. Some actions — like reaching 5 no-shows, or being "Ban Viewer"-ed by 5 different guests — result in automatic, permanent removal without needing a manual admin decision.
